| Cine: Hacia una arqueología de las porterías |

| RESUMEN |
| El presente artículo está basado en un trabajo de campo llevado a cabo en la ciudad de Barcelona en el marco de una investigación sobre las porterías y los porteros en dicha ciudad. El trabajo tiene como propósito ilustrar, por medio del cine, la observación participante llevada a cabo en la investigación. Para ello, se pone el acento en los conceptos de cuerpo, liminalidad y comunidad, con el objetivo de describir cada una de las figuras de porteros/as que aparecen representadas en las películas y que sirven para graficar el trabajo de campo. En el mismo movimiento se sigue una línea temporal que ordena la sucesión del soporte documental, que comienza con la aparición de la institución a principios del siglo XX y que finaliza hacia fines de la década del noventa. |
| ABSTRACT |
| The present article is based on field work done in the city of Barcelona, within the framework of a research on porters and porter’s lodges of the city. The purpose of this article is to illustrate, by using films, the participant observation carried out within the investigation. Accordingly, it emphasises the concepts of body, liminality and community, with the objective of making a description of the porter’s character represented in the films, which helps to illustrated the information about the field work. At the same time, it follows a chronological sequence that is useful for ordering the documentary materials, which stars with the beginning of the institution in the twentieth century and finishes at the end of the nineties. |
